A Note from Halle

I have an annoying habit of mentally redesigning the world.

I’m Halle Braswell, author of Beautifully Solved. If you’re looking for LinkedIn keywords to make sense of me, think Program Management. Brand Activation. Customer Experience. Operations. Hospitality. Events. They’re all technically true.

But in real life, I’m just someone who can’t stop noticing the patterns behind why things work… or why they don’t.

I notice why one grocery store somehow makes shopping feel fun. Why one restaurant keeps people lingering long after dinner. Why one meeting leaves everyone energized while another makes people check the clock. Why one home feels calm, while another somehow never does.

Some of that comes from experience. Most of it comes from an obsession with asking, “how could this whole situation feel better?” I’ll rearrange a room, rethink a process, tweak an event timeline, or quietly redesign a customer journey in my head before I even realize I’m doing it.

Eventually my friends got tired of hearing my theories. So I started writing them down.

If any of this sounds familiar, I’d love for you to stick around. Leave a comment, subscribe to the journal, or, if you’re staring at a system that’s making you think, “Please, someone make this make sense,” send it my way.

Everything is designed.

The question is whether it was designed on purpose.
